Genius Group, an AI-powered, Bitcoin-first education company, has announced a major milestone in its BTC Treasury strategy. The company increased its Bitcoin holdings by $10 million to 319.4 BTC, bringing the total value of its Bitcoin Treasury to $30 million at an average purchase price of $93,919 per BTC. The expansion comes just six weeks after the company announced its “Bitcoin first” strategy on Nov. 12, allocating 90% or more of its current and future reserves to Bitcoin. Genius Group’s initial goal is to hold $120 million worth of BTC, and it has already reached 25% of that goal ahead of schedule. Genius Group CEO Roger Hamilton expressed his satisfaction with the progress: “We are consistently purchasing BTC and are pleased to be ahead of our internal schedule to reach our initial goal of 1,000 Bitcoin in our treasury.
