Analysis Firm Says 12 Altcoin ETFs Could Be Approved in 2025, Announces First ETF to Get Approval!

The year 2024 was an important year for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market. The SEC started the new year positively by approving spot Bitcoin ETFs in January 2024. Later, the SEC also approved Spot Ethereum ETFs and brought a different perspective to the cryptocurrency market. The report noted that asset managers have filed 12 ETF applications with the SEC to date, and that ETFs that could receive approval include the ProShares ETF, which pegs the S&P 500's return as Bitcoin, a combined Bitcoin/Ethereum ETF, Litecoin, XRP and Solana ETFs.
