Bybit , the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has announced a new $100,000 scholarship program, as reported to Finbold on Tuesday, March 25. The scholarship will be distributed to 300 students at the St. Paul American Scholars (SPAS) international school in Korea during the 2025/26 academic year. Bybit’s SPAS scholarship The recipients of Bybit’s SPAS scholarship will include students from a wide range of backgrounds, including foreign students and siblings of current students, as well as those from families in need and staff children. In addition to financial aid, Bybit and SPAS will host a number of on-campus events to promote academic diligence, creativity, and leadership, while encouraging collaboration between students, parents, and educators. The funds will be disbursed within 30 days of the agreement, while a detailed report on fund allocation will be made available within 60 days. Helen Liu, chief operating officer (COO) of Bybit, commented on the scholarship, stating: “The budding talent today are the building blocks for a better future, and we are honored and excited to support the exceptional students at SPAS. This scholarship embodies our commitment to creating opportunities that empower young minds and inspire positive impact.” These new collaborations with SPAS thus follow in the footsteps of Bybit’s previous projects at the American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates and its efforts with the global Crypto Content Creator Campus. St. Paul American Scholars Founded in 2015, St. Paul American Scholars has grown into a leading American educational institution in Korea, now operating four campuses in four metropolitan areas of Gwanggyo, Bundang, Dongtan, and Ansan. The school is also accredited by bodies such as the Middle States Association (MSA), Accreditation International (AI), the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA), and Cognia. To provide students with more academic opportunities and networking options, SPAS also offers international exchange programs, partnering with schools in the United States, Canada, and the UK. Looking ahead, SPAS is getting ready for the inclusion of Chinese language classes and the building of a new campus in Hanoi, Vietnam.
